2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your device to make it work or to collect information. Similar tools include, for example, browser storage and tracking pixels. Technical cookies are necessary for the website to work and do not require consent; third-party statistics cookies and marketing cookies are only activated if you give your consent.
3. How we manage consent
- On your first visit a banner lets you accept all, reject all or customise your choices by category (Statistics, Marketing). The buttons are equally prominent.
- Before you choose, the website uses only technical cookies: no statistics or marketing cookies are set and Google Maps is not loaded.
- Your choice is remembered for 6 months; after this period the banner is shown again.
- You can change your mind at any time through the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page.
- We use Google Consent Mode v2: without consent, Google tools do not store cookies.

The website does not use social network plugins (“Like”, “Share”) or embedded YouTube videos: the links to our social profiles are plain links and do not set cookies until you visit those websites. Fonts are hosted on our own server, without requests to Google Fonts. The WhatsApp button only opens the WhatsApp app or website when you use it.
5. Third parties and data transfers
For third-party cookies, the providers also process data under their own privacy notices: Google and Meta. For the Meta Pixel, the clinic and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd are joint controllers only for the collection and transmission of data. These providers may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
6. Managing cookies in your browser
Besides the banner, you can delete or block cookies in your browser settings: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge. Blocking technical cookies may prevent some features from working properly.
7. Rights and contacts
